CMF Eswatini is a youth-led national chapter operating under the umbrella of CMF AFRICA, a Pan-African movement dedicated to empowering young people across the continent. Established in 2020 and based in the vibrant heart of Eswatini, CMF Eswatini is committed to unlocking the potential of the nation’s youth through transformative and purpose-driven programs.
We believe that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but changemakers of today. Our work focuses on tailored interventions in career guidance, mentorship, and entrepreneurship development, designed to meet the specific challenges and opportunities facing young people in our communities.

Passionate and visionary leader
Mr. Justin Gara is a visionary entrepreneur and mentor originally from Zimbabwe, currently residing in Eswatini. He is the President and Founder of CMF AFRICA, a Pan-African, youth-led organisation dedicated to empowering young people across the continent through transformative programmes in career guidance, mentorship, and entrepreneurship.
Under his leadership, CMF Eswatini the national chapter of CMF AFRICA serves as a dynamic platform for local youth, offering tailored initiatives that address the specific challenges faced by young people in Eswatini. Gara’s mission is to equip youth with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate their personal and professional paths while contributing meaningfully to their communities.
Beyond his work in youth development, Gara is also the Founder and CEO of Just-Fitness Pty Ltd, a wellness-focused enterprise. He is passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles as a foundation for sustainable development and is committed to inspiring individuals to invest in their well-being for a healthier future.
